\ � SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF

FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
- - WATERLOO.
_ WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
=' C7Et,I'gia1/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
clfications, bid documents, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , for Facility Management Services for the
C:�tj of Waterloo, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
KJ�Q `specifications, and
r- WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
�ileiti said specifications, bid documents, form of contract and
pr-eeilminary estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of
tea;rloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 2007 .
