- RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PROPOSAL
DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR THE RIVERFRONT
- STADIUM FENCING.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
ger-vices Director, to prepare and file proposal documents,
gp-§�cifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
for the Riverfront Stadium Fencing, in the City of Waterloo,

WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
Proposal documents, specifications, form of contract and
pXrOliminary estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�RLOO, IOWA, that said proposal documents, specifications, form
af- contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the
sbAe are hereby preliminarily approved.
