RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH
CITY OF EVANSDALE.
_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Agreement dated March 26, 2007, to lease

X150. 00 per intersection, by and between City of Evansdale, and
fhe City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 2007 .
