RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO WATER WORKS BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2021
SHAULIS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION - HESS ROAD TO
HWY. 218 PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1020, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Construction Agreement dated August 3, 2020 between the Waterloo Water Works
Board of Trustees and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2021 Shaulis
Road Reconstruction - Hess Road to Hwy. 218 Project, Contract No. 1020, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August 2020.
