RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2020-557
ADOPTED ON JULY 20, 2020, FOR A MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH REPUBLIC PARKING SYSTEM, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Resolution No. 2020-557 adopted on July 20, 2020, for a Management Agreement with Republic
Parking System, Inc., be rescinded due to Republic Parking System, Inc.'s rejection of Council's
proposed amendment to change the term of contract to one year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August 2020.
