RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR THE
s 2007 RIGHT OF WAY MOWING.
_> WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Bervices Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
d66iment, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. ,
the 2007 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
is-�specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
spe`)cifications, bid document, form of contract and preliminary
e-st-zmate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
tp a, having considered the same.
n NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
doertract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same
a=re hereby preliminarily approved.
