RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
> F.Y. 2007 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT

s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
:Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
:contract, etc. , for the construction of the F.Y. 2007 Asphalt
c �*rlay Program, Contract No. 719, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
fpm of contract, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
