— RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2008 .
s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the annual budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30,
1008, as set forth in the Budget Summary Certificate in the
detailed budget in support thereof showing the revenue estimates
end appropriation, expenditures and allocations to programs for
`aid fiscal year is adopted, and the City Clerk is directed to
make the filings required by law and to set up her books in
x i(ccordance with the summary and details as adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 2007, by the
following vote: Ayes : Seven. Nays: none.
