�GIHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
neer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of

specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etC-,, and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WBTERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
