RESOLUTION NO. 2020-609 RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH ELK RUN HEIGHTS, CEDAR TOWNSHIP, AND EAST WATERLOO TOWNSHIP, TO PROVIDE FIRE AND EMS PROTECTION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the 28E Agreements dated August 17, 2020, between Elk Run Heights, Cedar Township, and East Waterloo Township, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide fire and EMS protection are hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
