RESOLUTION NO. 2020-610
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PROWEST AND ASSOCIATES, OF
WALKER, MINNESOTA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,286.27, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH PROGRAMMING IN ARCGIS TO
PROVIDE THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT A DIGITAL
SOLUTION FOR INSPECTING, TRACKING, AND PROJECT
MANAGEMENT OF THE ANNUAL SIDEWALK PROGRAM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 17, 2020, between ProWest and
Associates, of Walker, Minnesota and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $22,286.27,
in conjunction with programming in ArcGis to provide the Engineering Department a digital
solution for inspecting, tracking, and project management of the annual sidewalk program, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2020.
