RESOLUTION NO. 2020-615
RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION
11-3-3(D), APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS, AS
IT RELATES TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 1ST ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-3(D),
Preliminary Plats, and Section 11-3-3 Application Procedure and Requirements, as it relates to
the approval of the final plat of Waterloo Air and Rail Park 1st Addition, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2020.
