RESOLUTION NO. 2020-617 RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE DETERMINATION OF CITY PLANNER THAT THE PROPOSED CHANGE TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN WITHIN AN "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 162,885-SQUARE-FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 6,283- SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE AREA AND 10,194-SQUARE-FOOT VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SHOP, LOCATED EAST OF 1994 NEWELL STREET, IS MINOR, AND SHALL BE APPROVED AS A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the determination of the City Planner that the proposed change to an approved site plan within an "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District for the construction of a 162,885-square-foot industrial building, 6,283-square-foot office area and 10,194-square-foot vehicle maintenance shop, located east of 1994 Newell Street, is minor, and shall be approved as a Minor Site Plan Amendment.
