RESOLUTION NO. 2020-618
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
OF TO ALLOW EARTH -MOVING AND FOUNDATION
CONSTRUCTION IN PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF
THE SITE EAST OF 225 NEWELL STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated August 17, 2020, between Hawkeye Community College
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow early access for earth -moving and foundation
construction in preparation for development of the site east of 225 Newell Street, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2020.
