ORDINANCE NO. 5224 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows: Original Plat Waterloo East Lot 8 Block 31 Lot 9 Block 31; now zoned on the Official Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, ap'proximately 0.413 acres of land located at the corner of East 3r Street and Lafayette Street, as "C-2" Commercial, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-3" Commercial District as above described, subject to the following condition: 1. That the final site plan meet all requirements including, but not limited to, drainage, landscaping, screening, hard surface vehicle use areas, etc. Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
