1 . Authorization to hire two police officers the second week of
July 2001 and two police officers the third week of August
2001-Police Chief .
2 . Authorization to initiate the Civil Service process for the
position of Secretary—Police Chief .
3 . Authorization to continue with the Opticom Traffic Control
System for the intersections along the Mullan and Logan
corridor, Broadway from Park Road to Parker Street and
portions of West Mullan Avenue at a cost of $20, 000 . 00—Fire
Chief.
4 . Authorization to hire three firefighters in July—Fire Chief .
