SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
C COST, ETC. , FOR THE DOOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT &
1 - HANDRAIL ADDITION - 2007, FIVE SULLIVAN

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
_ Gf-ft�ial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
spacafications, form of contract and estimate of cost, etc. , for
t-h� �;Door Repair/Replacement & Handrail Addition - 2007, Five
5�livan Brothers Convention Center, in the City of Waterloo,
1-cawa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost,
and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
iq�idered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KATPLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
est mate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
appr:pved.
