3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. All bids received will
be opened in the Council Chambers at
City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the 3rd day of September, 2020 at 1:00
P.m.. and the proposals will be acted
upon at such later time and place as may
then be fixed by the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo. Iowa will conduct a
public hearing to approve preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.
for asbestos abatement services at 120
Center Street, at 5:30 p.m. on September
8, 2020, in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa. A request for proposal
document, plans, specifications, tone of
contract, etc. may be obtained from the
Planning and Zoning Office, 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa, 50703. Anyone
who is interested may appear at said time
and place and be heard or may file written
objection with the City Clerk, City Hall,
