RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
= ACQUISITION CONTRACT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY TO
T THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
s = DEED.
_ WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
d'e,-§cribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
°° _:;in conjunction with the Eastside Riverfront Housing Project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
�I�Z-Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
@--Veinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
i�akwk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
CIX- ,y Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
Sehalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
E�o-summate the agreement to purchase the property from the owners
th@reof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same are also
accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay
f4 the property and the incidental expenses necessary to the
consummation of the sale from City funds .

Original Plat Waterloo East Southeasterly 60 feet Lot 4
Block 21 except Northeasterly 18 feet, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
