RESOLUTION NO. 2007-72 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH LORAS SCHAEFER FOR TAX EXEMPTIONS ON IMPROVEMENTS TOTALING $112, 219. 00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 WEST 5TH STREET IN THE CONSOLIDATED URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
