ORDINANCE NO. 5252
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 15 FOOT WIDE PLATTED
UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY
LINE OF LOT 1, SUMMERLAND FARMS ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
The 15.0 foot utility easement as platted in Lot 1 in
"Summerland Farms" Addition to the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, located along the
Southerly lot line of said Lot 1, excluding the
Westerly 15' thereof;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the
following condition:
1. That the area in question is final platted with a new 5
foot utility easement being dedicated along the south
line of the subdivision.
