RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN

CONJUNCTION WITH THE BYRNES AND GATES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
4e tofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Su]jervisor of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Byrnes and Gates
$ypiming Pools Bath House Remodel, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Supervisor did
fate said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,

Qb1ch were preliminarily approved on January 8, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
tract, etc. , for the Byrnes and Gates Swimming Pools Bath
Douse Remodel, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 2007 .
