RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM DALE
- PHELPS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
'bale Phelps to burn approximately five acres of prairie grass
-located on the north side of East Donald Street, just east of its
zintersection with Idaho Street during late April through early
May 2007, be and the same is hereby approved.
