RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH

TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t_ba� the Professional Services Agreement dated January 22, 2007,
at-7a total cost of $19, 500 . 00, in conjunction with F.Y. 2007
genial Bridge Inspections, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of
Kattarloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
fiaehalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 nd day of January, 2007 .
