RESOLUTION NO. 2020-636
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY OCCUPANCY
AGREEMENT WITH CAMAY NICHOLE SMITH TO ALLOW
OCCUPANCY OF 219 NEWELL STREET ON SEPTEMBER 4,
2020, PRIOR TO CLOSING, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Early Occupancy Agreement dated August 24, 2020, between Camay Nichole Smith and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow occupancy of 219 Newell Street on September 4, 2020, prior to
closing on September 18, 2020, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2020.
