RESOLUTION NO. 2020-626
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 219 VIRDEN STREET, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $3,070, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY
BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 219 Virden Street, in the amount of $3,070, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2020.
