RESOLUTION NO. 2020-628
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS AND
SUPPLY, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$491,177.60, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020
SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 9,
CONTRACT NO. 981, AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders and Supply, of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 981,
and
WHEREAS, B & B Builders and Supply has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $491,177.60.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by B & B Builders and Supply, at a total cost of $491,177.60, in
conjunction with the FY 2020 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 981,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2020.
