RESOLUTION NO. 2020-629
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS SEPTEMBER 10, 2020, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 14, 2020, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FINAL CLARIFIER NO. 3
DEWATERING WELLS CONTRACT NO. 1032, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Final Clarifier No. 3 Dewatering Wells Contract No. 1032, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Final Clarifier No. 3 Dewatering
Wells Contract No. 1032, be scheduled for September 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th day of September 2020,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Final Clarifier No. 3 Dewatering Wells Contract
No. 1032.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
