RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 8, 2020 TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY A & T
TRUCKING, LLC, FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT,
TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 4,350 SQUARE -FOOT TRUCKING
FACILITY, LOCATED SOUTH OF 2280 NORTHEAST
DRIVE, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 8th day of September
2020, for the purpose of considering the request by A & T Trucking, LLC, for a Site Plan
Amendment to the "M-2, P" Planned Industrial District, to construct a new 4,350 square -foot
trucking facility, located south of 2280 Northeast Drive, and legally described as follows:
LOT 1, NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 5, WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August 2020.
