RESOLUTION NO. 2020-705
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO
THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CJE
PROPERTIES, GREEN DEVELOPMENT WATERLOO, LLC
AND RIVERSIDE INVESTMENTS, LLC, ORIGINALLY
EXECUTED MAY 17, 2010, CHANGING COMPLETION DATE
TO JUNE 30, 2021, FOR A HOME LOCATED AT 738 MOBILE
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to a Development Agreement, originally executed May 17, 2010,
between CJE Properties, Green Development, Waterloo, LLC and Riverside Investments, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, changing completion date to June 30, 2021, for a home located at
738 Mobile Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June 2020.
