RESOLUTION NO. 2020-706
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH WARREN TRANSPORT, INC.,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON NOVEMBER 18, 2019,
CHANGING COMPLETION DATE TO APRIL 30, 2022, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement originally
executed November 18, 2020, between Warren Transport, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
changing completion date to April 30, 2022, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
