RESOLUTION NO. 2020-707
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
GRADING AND STREET CONSTRUCTION, WATER MAIN,
SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER SERVING THE
GARDNER ADDITION, AS SUBMITTED BY CLAPSADDLE-
GARBER ASSOCIATES, INC., OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA,
AND SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT, DNR FORM 29
(NOV 00) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
ACCEPTANCE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for grading and street construction, water main, sanitary sewer and
storm sewer serving the Gardner Addition, as submitted by Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc.,
of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 29 (Nov 00) with the
Department of Natural Resources, are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that final acceptance of construction plans are subject to the review and
acceptance by the Department of Natural Resources, and authorize and direct the Mayor to
execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2020.
