RESOLUTION NO. 2020-708
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH RC
SYSTEMS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, TO PROVIDE AND
INSTALL A SALIENT VIDEO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $78,410.86, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 14, 2020, between RC Systems of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $78,410.86, to provide and install a Salient Video
Management System, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2020.
