RESOLUTION NO. 2020-693
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 233 ARDEN STREET, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $370.07, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 233 Arden Street, in the amount of $370.07, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2020.
