RESOLUTION NO. 2020-697
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY21 FINAL CLARIFIER NO. 3 CONTRACT NO. 1032.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY21 Final Clarifier No. 3 Project, Contract No. 1032, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Division Manager did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY21 Final Clarifier No. 3 Project, Contract No. 1032,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 14, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by
this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY21
Final Clarifier No. 3 Project, Contract No. 1032, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2020.
