RESOLUTION NO. 2020-698
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO THE CAHOY
GROUP OF SUMNER, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $238,515, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2021 FINAL CLARIFIER NO. 3,
CONTRACT NO. 1032.
WHEREAS, the Cahoy Group of Sumner, Iowa, submitted a bid in conjunction with the
FY 2021 Final Clarifier No. 3 Project, Contract No. 1032, in the amount of $238,515, and is the
apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the bid of Cahoy Group., in the amount of $238,515, in conjunction
with the FY 2021 Final Clarifier No. 3 Project, Contract No. 1032, is hereby accepted and
awarded to the Cahoy Group.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September 2020.
