RESOLUTION NO. 2020-699
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF THREE (3) 2020 OR NEWER WHEEL
LOADER V PLOW(S) WITH WING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of three (3) 2020 or newer Wheel Loader V Plow(s) with
Wing, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Division Manager did file said specifications, bid
documents, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of three (3) 2020 or newer Wheel Loader V
Plow(s) with Wing, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 14, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by
this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase
of three (3) 2020 or newer Wheel Loader V Plow(s) with Wing, are hereby approved, and said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14t'' day of September 2020.
