RESOLUTION NO. 2020-676
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH 401 DEVONSHIRE,
LLC, CHANGING COMPLETION DATE TO MAY 7, 2021,
AND APPROVING A DIFFERENT STYLE OF NEW SINGLE-
FAMILY HOME, LOCATED EAST OF 405 DEVONSHIRE
DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement originally executed August 19, 2019, between 401 Devonshire,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a single-family home and related
improvements, at 405 Devonshire Drive, be amended to extend the completion date to May 7,
2021 and approving a new single-family home construction design, and authorizing the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
