RESOLUTION NO. 2020-679
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT NO. 3-19-0094-046-2020
FROM THE USDOT AND THE FAA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$4,855,854, FOR PROJECTS AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Grant offer No. 3-19-0094-046-2020 from the USDOT and the FAA, in the amount of
$4,855,854, for projects at the Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and
City attorney are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
