RESOLUTION NO. 2020-680
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION RELATED
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL
SERVICES, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT
OF $425,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PAVING
IMPROVEMENTS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORK
ASSOCIATED WITH FAA GRANT NO. 3-19-0094-0046-2020,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Related Services Agreement dated September 8, 2020, between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$425,500, in conjunction with paving improvements and other miscellaneous work associated
with FAA Grant No. 3-19-0094-0046-2020, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
