RESOLUTION NO. 2020-682
RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION -
AVIATION BUREAU FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021, PROJECT NO.
22562 AND CONTRACT NO. 9-I-210-ALO-135, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH AIR SERVICE MARKETING AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND AIRPORT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement, dated September 8, 2020, between the Iowa Department of
Transportation — Aviation Bureau and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for Fiscal Year 2021, Project
No. 22562 and Contract No. 9-I-210-ALO-135, in conjunction with Air Service Marketing at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Airport Director are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
