RESOLUTION NO. 2020-684
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
DES MOINES, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$1,043,000, FOR THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL
ENGINEERING DESIGN AND BIDDING PHASES, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK AVENUE AND 11TH
STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 8, 2020, between Stanley Consultants,
Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $1,043,000,
for preliminary and final engineering design and bidding phases, in conjunction with the Park
Avenue and 11th Street Bridge Replacements Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
