RESOLUTION NO. 2020-685
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE II
OF THE FY 2020 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 992.
WHEREAS, on July 20, 2020 the FY 2020 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 992
was awarded to Aspro, Inc. and divided into two phases per the Waterloo City Council, and
WHEREAS by Resolution No. 2020-560 the City Engineer was required to return to
Council for discussion prior to issuing a Notice to Proceed to Aspro, Inc., in conjunction with the
Phase II of the FY 2020 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 992.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that a Notice to Proceed with Construction, to Aspro, Inc., in conjunction
with Phase II of the FY 2020 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 992, is hereby approved.
