RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM DAVID ADAMS, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH A STREET PARTY TO BE HELD ON
SEPTEMBER 19, 2020, FROM NOON TO 9:00 P.M., IN THE 200
BLOCK OF DEARBORN BETWEEN COLORADO AND
INDIANA STREETS, INCLUDING LIVE MUSIC AND USE OF A
PA SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the David Adams has requested to hold a street party September 19, 2020,
from noon to 9:00 p.m., to be held in the 200 block of Dearborn between Colorado and Indiana
Streets, including live music and use of a PA system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of David Adams to hold a street party September 19,
2020, from noon to 9:00 p.m., in the 200 block of Dearborn between Colorado and Indiana
Streets, including live music and use of a PA system, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
