RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF METH
HOTSPOTS GRANT MONIES TO JUNE 30, 2021, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $22,000, AS A SUB -RECIPIENT FROM THE
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF DRUG CONTROL POLICY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHIEF OF POLICE TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Methamphetamine Drug Hot Spots Grant, from the Governor's Office of Drug Control
Policy, in the amount of $22,000, with no matching funds required by the City of Waterloo, to
assist in mid and high level methamphetamine investigations, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and Chief of Police are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
