RESOLUTION NO. 2020-648
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO SJ CONSTRUCTION,
INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,868.50, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT STORAGE FACILITY
REMODELING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, SJ Construction, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, submitted a bid in conjunction
with the Police Department Storage Facility Remodeling Project, in the amount of $18,865.50,
and is the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the bid of SJ Construction, Inc., in the amount of $18,865.50, in
conjunction with the Police Department Storage Facility Remodeling Project, is hereby accepted
and awarded to SJ Construction, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
