RESOLUTION NO. 2020-650
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS SEPTEMBER 24, 2020
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 28, 2020
FOR THE FY 2021 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM - ZONE 10, CONTRACT NO. 1018, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 10, Contract No.
1018, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 10, Contract No. 1018, be scheduled for September 24, 2020 at 1:00
p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th day of September 2020,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program
- Zone 10, Contract No. 1018.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
