RESOLUTION NO. 2020-652
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS SEPTEMBER 28, 2020, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2020 IRV
WARREN MEMORIAL GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION
CONTROL SYSTEM UPDATES, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of 2020 Iry Warren Memorial Golf Course Irrigation Control System Updates,
are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of 2020 Iry Warren
Memorial Golf Course Irrigation Control System Updates, be scheduled for September 24, 2020
at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th day of September 2020,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of 2020 Iry Warren Memorial Golf
Course Irrigation Control System Updates.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
