RESOLUTION NO. 2020-654
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 817 JANE STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$370.36, 121 HAWTHORNE AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$288.84, AND 206 WILLISTON AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $249.12, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO
NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 817 Jane Street, in the amount of $370.36, 121 Hawthorne Avenue, in the
amount of $288.84, and 206 Williston Avenue, in the amount of $249.12, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
