RESOLUTION NO. 2020-673
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH STEEGE INVESTMENTS, LLC, TO
ALLOW EARTH -MOVING ACTIVITIES IN PREPARATION
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE NORTH OF 3488
WAGNER ROAD, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated September 8, 2020, between Steege Investments, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow early access for earth -moving activities in preparation
for development of the site north of 3488 Wagner Road, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2020.
